Responsibilities

• Presents and maintains a professional appearance and demeanor in daily interactions with owners, customers, and Rice Companies personnel.
• Generate leads through sales calls, networking, marketing campaigns, emails, existing clients and references.
• Review repairs or projects, produce accurate estimates, proposals, and final invoicing; collect past due invoices.
• Follow up on proposals and close sales for Service Carpenters to complete the work.
• Forecast sales, manage CRM reporting, and identify improvements to increase revenue.
