Job summary

Pep Boys is seeking a Manager in Training in Chino, CA to oversee store and service center operations with motivational leadership. You will drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain merchandising and facilities in a safe environment according to policies and regulations.

The position requires two years in retail management (prefer automotive) and a two-year college or technical program or equivalent experience. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience in retail management, preferably automotive.
• Completion of two-year college or technical school program.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience with proven results.
