The role is in the US with potential locations in Greenwood, IN or Warrington, PA and requires strong leadership, CRM, and market development skills.

The position emphasizes driving KPIs, customer value, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Service, and Product Management to deliver successful projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Engineering, Business Administration or related field).
• Minimum 2 years of industrial B2B sales, service sales, or aftermarket business.
• Minimum 1 year in a leadership role.
• Experience developing business plans and growth strategies.
• Experience with CRM systems, sales forecasting, and data analytics.
• Knowledge of industrial markets (food & beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, energy, water).

Responsibilities

• Lead change initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Translate corporate strategy into regional or market initiatives.
• Establish sales forecasts, budgets, and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities through market segmentation and lifecycle service strategies.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Lead opportunity pipeline management and forecasting.
• Negotiate complex service contracts and analyze profitability.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Service and Product Management to ensure project success.
