Service Sales Advisor - Stanley Access Technologies, North and South Carolina

Stanley Access Technologies, a division of Allegion, is recognized as an industry leader in manufacturing, installation, and servicing of automatic doors. Join our team of problem solvers, innovators, and communicators to help grow our service business.

Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We do not sponsor employment visas for this role.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive lead generation, qualification, and sales of service contracts to new and existing customers using your B2B/B2C sales experience.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers in your geographic area, promoting new accounts and nurturing current clients.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer service and increase service revenue by boosting call volume.
  • Own and deliver your sales forecast and annual targets for service contracts.
  • Keep current with technical product knowledge, sales techniques, market trends, and daily activities.
  • Collaborate with local branch teams to present service proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
  • Partner with Allegion Regional Sales Office to discuss leads and drive profitability across brands.
  • Travel approximately 30% within your assigned area.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • At least 1 year of field-based sales or account management experience.
  • A valid, unrestricted driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work remotely effectively.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven success in achieving sales goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a competitive drive.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with decision-maker contacts.
  • Track record of building pipelines and closing deals.
  • Enthusiastic, coachable, and proactive mindset.
