Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, route coordination or operations preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with IFS, Salesforce or similar systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to problem-solve and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and scheduling service appointments.
• Provide in-person customer support and assist with service-related questions.
• Optimize service schedules and assign routes for field technicians.
• Set up and maintain customer accounts.
• Track service completion and coordinate with field teams.
