Job summary

Farrell Roofing is seeking an experienced commercial roofer for our Dunkirk, NY service crew. You will perform roof repairs on commercial properties and document materials and time in FCS software, while capturing photos before and after each repair.

You will also conduct roof walks to identify needed repairs and ensure high quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Commercial roofing experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• All candidates must be willing to join the union.

Day To Day Responsibilities

• Complete roof repairs using a variety of commercial roofing products
• Enter data into FCS roofing software to track material used, time spent on each repair, and to capture photos before and after each repair
• Conduct roof walks to identify repairs that need to be made

Work Environment

• Work is conducted in a construction environment. The occupant of this role will be required to be outdoors regularly and will be working in and around potentially dangerous construction equipment and materials.

Wage Scale

Hourly Wage Range: $20.10-$35.00, depending upon experience.
