Kimble Recycling & Disposal, Inc. is seeking a Service Rig Operator to manage rig operations, crew coordination, and equipment maintenance. You will ensure production and upkeep while adhering to safety standards and governmental regulations.

Candidates should have a valid CDL A and prior rig experience, with the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Responsibilities include rig setup, operations, routine maintenance, GPS/map reading, and collaborating with supervisors to resolve

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license preferred.
• Ability to operate a truck with a manual transmission.
• Minimum 23 years of age with 3+ years CDL truck driving experience.
• Previous service rig operation experience.
• Able to work outside in all weather and climb to heights.
• Physically fit and able to lift 75 lbs+.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background, and MVR checks.

Responsabilités

• Level up, set up, and operate rig.
• Operate the rig and equipment per contract terms.
• Maintain contact with Supervisors to resolve issues.
• Ensure safety procedures and compliance to regulations.
• Maintain rig and equipment for efficiency.
• Read maps and use GPS.
• Set up and move rig as needed; work on gas wells.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair wells as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Service Rig Operator wis responsible for the operation of the rig, crew, and equipment while ensuring that all crew are maintaining production and maintenance of the rig.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL driver's license, preferred
• Ability to operate truck with a manual transmission
• At least 23 years of age
• Minimum of 3 years CDL truck driving experience
• Previous experience operating a service rig
• Must be physically fit and able to climb and work at heights
• Ability to work outside in all types of weather
• Ability to lift in excess of 75lbs
• Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle records check
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Level up, set up, and operate rig
• Operates the assigned rig and equipment in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions
• Maintains regular contact and communication with Supervisors to resolve concerns, issues, and complaints
• Ensures that quality products and services including maintaining productivity standards for all rig functions, following safety procedures fora safe working environment for all rig employees, and adhering to all applicable governmental regulations for compliance
• Ensures efficient maintenance of assigned rig and equipment
• Ability to read maps and utilize GPS
• Set up rig, rig down, and move off
• Working on gas wells
• Routine maintenance on rig and all related equipment
• Repairing, plumbing, and maintaining existing wells
• Tripping pipes in and out of the wells
• All other duties as assigned

Schedule: Day shift | Monday to Friday | Overtime | Weekends as needed
