The City of Lee's Summit's Parks and Recreation department is seeking a part-time front desk/clerical assistant for the Longview Community Center. The role involves answering calls, assisting patrons, handling payments, and performing data entry in the RecTrac system.
Minimum qualifications include 16+ years of age, 1 year of customer service experience preferred, and completion of first aid, AED, and CPR within 30 days of hire.

Responsible for handling telephone requests, assisting patrons and performing a wide variety of administrative functions related to the operations of Longview Community Center; processes facility related transactions, with responsibility for maintaining critical cash controls; assists with rentals and other facility activities as needed; performs minor maintenance and janitorial duties as needed, including opening and closing cleaning duties.
No supervisory or budgetary responsibilities.
