GE Appliances in Carolina, PR, is seeking a Service Representative to be the primary contact between customers and the company. You will handle inbound calls, schedule service visits, respond to inquiries, and maintain customer records to ensure a high-quality experience.
Ideal candidates will have at least two years in customer service, strong communication, and fluency in English and Spanish, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The Service Representative reports to the Senior Manager, Field Service, and serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the Company through telephone interactions, email communications, and customer visits. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience, driving customer satisfaction, strengthening brand loyalty, and supporting business growth through increased sales and continuous improvement in service quality.
