Job summary

KEB America, Inc. is seeking a Service and Repair Technician in Shakopee, MN to perform repair work and service KEB products. You will disassemble and reassemble units, read instructions and schematics, and use diagnostic equipment to make straight-forward repairs.

The role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with others in a clean, safe production environment. Overtime may be required and compensation is hourly.

Qualifications

• 2-year Associate’s degree or certificate with emphasis in electronic technologies.

KEB America, Inc. is currently seeking a Service and Repair Technician to perform repair work and service KEB products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Assemble and disassemble products
• Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints and schematics
• Use diagnostic equipment
• Make product repairs
• Package products after repair(s)
• Picking parts
• Complete repair estimates
• Follow safety rules and keep clean/orderly work area
• Perform other duties as required or assigned

Overtime occurs as needed. The pay for this position is $24-35/hour.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-year Associate’s degree or certificate with emphasis in electronic technologies.

• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills (standard and metric)
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Ability to follow work instructions accurately
