Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Service Project Manager eMobility to lead strategic service initiatives and manage cross-functional projects in a global context. The role supports key customers and contributes to sustainable mobility initiatives, with occasional travel within Europe.

The position requires engineering or related field education, 5+ years in service/tech project management, and English fluency. German or French is a plus and a permanent, full-time contract is offered.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in service operations, service program management, or technical project management.
  • Experience in EV charging, eMobility, or a related technical industry is preferred.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP or similar certification is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe (approximately 5-10%).
  • Fluent in English; German and/or French are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the rollout of global service offerings and drive successful market deployment.
  • Lead Voice of Front Office initiatives and coordinate service improvement actions.
  • Manage end-to-end retrofit programs, ensuring quality, timeline, and cost targets are met.
  • Oversee technical projects for key customers and strategic business initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Service, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery.

Salary and Contract

For this Germany based position, the minimum of the pay is EUR 85,600 (Total Target Cash) per year. This pay includes base pay and short‑term incentives or sales incentives. The compensation for this position applies to candidates with full‑time contracts located within Germany. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
