As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a mechanically minded and process-driven Service Project Manager to join our Service Operations team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a full-time position with travel to local project sites as needed. The Service Project Manager will play a key role in leading and expanding our service projects team while developing both short-term and long-term strategies that support successful project delivery, team development, and continued growth.
In this role, you’ll provide leadership and direction to our service projects team while helping drive team growth, operational efficiency, and successful project delivery. You’ll play a key role in strengthening processes, supporting field personnel, and ensuring we continue to provide exceptional service to our clients.
The preferred candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with a minimum of five years of field experience in HVAC or a related trade and previous management experience preferred. Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office, along with the ability to interpret work orders, project documents, and service agreements, is required. A strong understanding of construction practices and HVAC and plumbing terminology, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, is essential.
