Job summary

MCS Healthcare Holdings, LLC seeks a Program Coordinator to oversee Club Te Paga activities at service centers and events across Puerto Rico. You will manage resources, maintain participant records, conduct surveys, and generate reports to improve program ROI.

You will coordinate with Education, Service, Sales & Promotions, Stars, and Vendors to align CMS goals with program initiatives, ensure compliance, and deliver engaging experiences that strengthen customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience managing, coordinating, and implementing events or promotions.
• Experience with program optimization processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Club Te Paga activities at service centers and events.
• Manage resources and maintain participant records.
• Conduct surveys and generate detailed reports on activities.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to integrate new initiatives.
