Job summary

Parks Lincoln of Tampa is seeking a Service Porter/Valet to greet guests as they pull onto the service drive and to shuttle vehicles to and from service areas. The role emphasizes professional presentation and customer service to ensure a high standard of guest experience.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to work outdoors, and the stamina to stand for long periods, with opportunities for internal growth and full benefits.

Qualifications

• A clean and valid driver’s license is REQUIRED.
• Must present themselves in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers.
• Must be dependable and reliable.
• Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside. This can be a physically demanding position.
• Must be able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Customer Service experience is preferred.
• Professional appearance is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet all clients upon pulling on to the service drive.
• Pull clients vehicles on and off the service drive.
• Make sure all clients are cleaned upon return to the client.
• Minor facility cleanliness is maintained.
• Perform shuttling of clients to and from their homes and place of business.
• Assist service team to exceed a clients expectations.
