Job summary

Central Florida Lincoln Orlando is seeking an Automotive Service Greeter - Drive Porter to warmly welcome customers as they arrive at the service drive. You will guide them to the right person, perform basic pre-checks on vehicles, and help transport cars to the shop while maintaining a clean, orderly service area.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, a full-time schedule, with no evenings and some Saturdays.

Qualifications

Pleasant personality and professionalism with clients and staff.
Full-time availability Monday through Saturday to cover open hours 7:30am-5:30 pm M-F and 8-1 Sat.
Physical ability and stamina to work in and around vehicles for entire shift.
Candidate must have a valid driver's license.
Verifiable work history.
Previous new car dealership experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they pull into the service drive and guide them to the appropriate person or location.
Perform minor pre-checks on the vehicle and place protective covers and tags.
Transport the vehicle to the service lot and/or into the shop.
Maintain drive and customer areas with minor upkeep.
Pick up and drop off customers as needed; handle other duties to keep the department running smoothly.
