Job summary

Parks Lincoln of Tampa is seeking a Service Porter/Valet to support the service department and enhance guest relations. As the first point of contact, you will greet guests warmly and guide them to the appropriate team member for service.

This role offers growth opportunities within the dealership. You must be reliable, professional, and able to work outdoors, standing for long periods while ensuring vehicles are handled carefully.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Professional and courteous customer interactions.

• Able to drive both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients on the service drive.
• Pull clients' vehicles on and off the service drive.
• Make sure all clients are cleaned upon return to the client.
• Minor facility cleanliness is maintained.
• Perform shuttle of clients to and from their homes and place of business.
• Assist service team to exceed a client's expectations.
