Jeff Wyler Automotive Family is seeking a Service Porter for our Cincinnati location to help manage vehicle flow in service lanes and parking areas. You will work with service advisors to prepare vehicles for return after repairs and maintain cleanliness and order in service areas.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and strong customer service skills. Background checks are required, and the schedule includes Saturdays and full-time hours with weekday shifts.

Competenze

Dealership Service Porter qualifications.
Possess a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Candidates are required to pass a background check.
Great customer service and communication skills are necessary.

Manage vehicles flow in our service stalls, service lanes, service drive, and within the auto group parking lot.
Work with the auto group service advisor to complete tasks such as keeping track of key tasks, cleaning cars, driving vehicles from service stalls, following dealership display standards, fielding customer requests, and other assigned duties.
Ensure customer vehicles are ready for return after service department repairs.
Clean the parking lot, service stalls, and other vehicle areas when needed.
Manage customer service needs with a positive attitude.

Working hours - Full time - 5 days a week with Saturday working, week day - 9am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 4pm.

Starting pay 15$ hourly

Service Porter responsibilities include:
