Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to operate dealership vehicles safely.
• Follow dealership safety procedures and driving policies.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport service customers to and from their homes, places of business, or other designated locations.
• Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service to every customer.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers, Service Advisors, technicians, and management.
• Ensure customers are transported safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Assist customers as needed throughout their service visit.
• Drive customer vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, parking areas, and other designated locations.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from dealership and off-site locations.
• Assist the service department with vehicle movement and organization.
• Help maintain clean, organized, and safe service and parking areas.
• Ensure vehicles are properly positioned for service and customer pickup.
• Assist with other service department tasks as needed.
