Job summary

RSM Honda in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA is seeking a friendly Service Porter to support our service team. You will drive vehicles to and from service areas, install protective coverings, and help wash and maintain the lot and shop area.

This role emphasizes safety, customer service, and dependable teamwork in a fast-paced environment. No experience is required, but a valid California driver's license, clean driving record, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid California driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed.
• Install protective coverings (seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, etc.) and tag vehicles brought in for service.
• Wash and clean vehicles as needed.
• Maintain lot appearance by cleaning driveway and sidewalks and removing debris.
• Follow safety and security procedures and perform other duties as assigned.

RSM Honda is looking for a friendly and outgoing Service Porter to join our team. What does a service porter do?Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed.Installs protective coverings (seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, etc.) and tags in all vehicles brought in for service.Washes and cleans vehicles as needed.Helps maintain lot appearance by cleaning driveway and sidewalks, removing any debris, as necessary.Helps maintain shop cleanliness,Follows all safety and security procedures.Performs other duties as assigned.No experience necessary but a PLUS!
