Job summary

Cadillac Of Lubbock, a Cavender Auto Family dealership, is seeking a Full-Time Service Porter to join our team in Lubbock, Texas. You will play a key role on the service drive, greeting customers, guiding them to the right areas, and helping with vehicle movement and drive maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• MVR, background check and pre-employment drug test required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Engaging personality with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the service drive and assist as needed.
• Direct customers where to go and interact in a friendly, caring manner.
• Prepare and move vehicles from service drive to parking area.
• Clean, organize service drive and assist service team.
• Record inventory and store keys to keep the drive clear.
• Support the service team with miscellaneous duties.

Here Is What You Will Be Doing

• From staging vehicles to greeting customers, this role is essential to the function of the dealership
• Greeting customers as they enter our service drive
• Direct customers where to go and interact with them in a friendly, caring manner
• Prepare and move vehicles from service drive to parking area
• Clean, organize service drive and assist service team as needed
• Keep the drive clear by parking cars, recording inventory, and storing keys
• Supporting the service team, as needed, through miscellaneous duties

Here Is What You Will Need

• High School Diploma/GED is required
• Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license
• Enthusiastic and motivated individual seeking an opportunity to be successful
