Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Midland, Texas is looking for a part-time Sales Porter to support the service drive and greet customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Shift is Tuesday through Saturday, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., five days per week. Starting wage is $15.00 per hour plus benefits; you will help move vehicles, keep the service drive organized, and assist the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Customer service and clear communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on service drive and direct them as needed.
• Support service team with basic duties and vehicle movement.

Here is what you will be doing:

• From staging vehicles to greeting customers, this role is essential to the function of the dealership
• Greeting customers as they enter our service drive
• Direct customers where to go and interact with them in a friendly, caring manner
• Prepare and move vehicles from service drive to parking area
• Clean, organize service drive and assist service team as needed
• Keep the drive clear by parking cars, recording inventory, and storing keys
• Supporting the service team, as needed, through miscellaneous duties

Here is what you will need:

• High School Diploma/GED is required
• Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver’s license
• Enthusiastic and motivated individual seeking an opportunity to be successful
• Engaging personality with strong communication and customer service skills
• Customer service experience preferred
