Job summary

Bretz RV & Marine is hiring a Lot Porter to support our sales team and safely move large RVs around the lot. The role includes checking in units, show floor setup, and general maintenance to keep the dealership organized.

Qualified candidates have forklift experience, can drive RVs of various sizes, and hold a high school diploma with a clean driving record. Full-time, with OT possible and a Tuesday– Saturday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have experience operating forklifts.
• Must be comfortable driving RVs of every size and configuration.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver's license with a clean, insurable record.

Responsibilities

• Move RV inventory of varying sizes safely around the lot and in/out of service bays.
• Maintain order of RV inventory, lot, and company property.
• Provide support for service and sales functions as needed.
• Use mobile handheld devices to locate RVs, Boats, and Vehicles around the lot.
• Communicate with customers, salesmen, technicians, service advisors, and other porters.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area.
• Other duties as assigned.

Our busy RV dealership needs a Lot Porter who will work with our sales department andcan safely move large recreational vehicles around our property. Other duties include checking in units, show floor set up, and building maintenance.

Job Responsibilities

• Move RV inventory of varying sizes safely around the dealership lot and in/out of service bays
• Maintainorder of RV inventory, lot, and company property
• Provide support for service and sales functions as needed
• Use mobile handheld devices to locate RVs, Boats, and Vehicles around the lot.
• Communicate with customers, salesmen, technicians, service advisors, and other porters.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area.

Education and/or Experience

• Must have experience operating forklifts
• Must be comfortable driving RVs of every size and configuration (5thwheel, bumper pull, Class-A, Class-C, etc.).
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Drivers license witha clean and insurable driving record required

Compensation

• $18 to $22per hour,DOE

Schedule

• Tuesday - Saturday
• Full time hours
• Overtime available

Requirements

• Must have insurable driving record subject to pre-employment check
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug-screening

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Hand-Eye coordination
• Be able to bend, sit, kneel and reach
