Chevrolet GMC of Fairbanks is seeking a customer‑focused Service Porter to support our Service Department. You will greet customers, prepare vehicles for service, and help keep the lot organized while delivering a friendly, professional experience.

This role is outdoors and active, requires a valid driver's license, and offers a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Training is provided, and you will join Lithia & Driveway’s team supporting a wide network of stores.

• Previous dealership, porter, or customer service experience.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome service customers, assist all customers promptly.
• Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel cover, and floor mats in vehicles arriving for service.
• Identify the service advisor with whom the customer has an appointment and notify that advisor.
• Drive vehicles from the service lane to their proper places in the service parking lot.
• Retrieve customer vehicles from the parking lot when the customer pays their bill or as the advisor directs.
• Maintain the parking lot. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist the Service Receptionist with incoming telephone calls.
• Assist Shuttle driver when needed.
• Perform several clerical tasks as assigned by service management.
• Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its employees or customers.
