Greet and welcome service customers, assist with parking, and provide courtesy shuttle services.

Responsibilities

• Move cars on and off the Service Drive
• Perform quick alignment checks
• Keep the Service Drive clean
• Protect incoming cars with seat plastic and floor mats
• Organize keys for quick retrieval
• Provide friendly, professional customer greetings

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
• A valid and clean driver’s license is REQUIRED
• Professional and courteous demeanor
• Dependability and reliability
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Ability to walk, stand long periods, and work outdoors
• Ability to drive both automatic and standard vehicles
• Basic computer skills
• Customer service experience preferred
