Job summary

Sonju Superstore in Two Harbors, Minnesota, is seeking a candidate to manage vehicle flow and assist both customers and service advisors in the service department.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

• Manage vehicle flow in the service drive and lanes.
• Assist service advisor with various tasks.
• Ensure cleanliness of parking lot and vehicle areas.
• Provide customer service with a positive attitude.
• Act as a liaison between customers and service advisors.
• Shuttle customers when necessary.
• Monitor shop cleanliness.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle flow in the service drive, service lane, and service stalls.
• Work with the service advisor to complete tasks such as keeping track of keys, cleaning cars, driving vehicles from service stalls, following dealership display standards, fielding customer requests, and other assigned duties.
• Clean parking lot, service stalls, and other vehicle areas when needed.
• Service customer needs with a positive attitude.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and service advisor as the first point of contact as customers arrive in the service drive.
• Shuttle customers to and from the service department when needed.
• Monitor shop cleanliness.
• Position can include twisting, bending, pushing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm.
