Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking a friendly Service Porter for our Ann Arbor service department. You will greet customers, move vehicles, ensure cleanliness, and assist the Service Advisor as needed.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, strong communication, and a professional appearance. This role requires the ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment and to lift items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Install disposable protective coverings and tags in vehicles brought in for service.
• Deliver keys and repair orders to the Service Advisor after parking vehicles.
• Retrieve vehicles for customers during pickup and express thanks for their business.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
