McGavock Auto Group is seeking a Service Porter to support the service department’s daily operations. You will maintain the appearance of customer vehicles, organize the service drive, and assist service advisors and technicians to ensure a smooth workflow and a positive customer experience.

In this role you will greet customers, move vehicles safely, and help prepare vehicles for delivery after service. A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers upon arrival.
• Move vehicles between service drive, parking areas, and bays.
• Keep service drive and parking areas clean and presentable.
• Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for delivery after service.
• Assist with vehicle inspections and tagging/parking.
• Shuttle vehicles to other locations or vendors as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of loaner vehicles and inventory.
• Support service advisors and technicians with tasks to improve workflow.
• Monitor parking areas and vehicle inventory.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by service management.
