Job summary

AutoNation in Chandler, AZ seeks a Service Porter to support vehicle maintenance and service activities. You will assist with write-ups, tagging, and moving customer cars and trucks, inspecting vehicles before return, and coordinating deliveries as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 6–12 months of work experience, strong communication, and a valid driver's license. You will help keep lots organized and assist with shop clean-up as required.

• 6–12 months of prior work experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with service write-ups and tagging of customer cars and trucks.
• Transport customers and dealership personnel as needed.
• Deliveries as required and return vehicle keys to service consultants.
• Inspect vehicles for stains, debris and damages before returning to customers.
• Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly and move units as directed.
• Test batteries of customer vehicles in service drive.
• Assist with shop clean-up and deliveries when needed.
