Job summary

Al Packer Ford Royal Palm Beach is seeking an Automotive Service Valet & Porter to support our service team with vehicle pickups, deliveries, and daily operations. You will use the dealership app to manage routes and updates while delivering friendly, professional service to customers.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable attendance, and comfort working with mobile technology; prior automotive dealership exposure is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a smartphone and navigating mobile apps.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, punctual, and organized.
• Able to work independently and manage daily tasks.

Automotive Service Valet

Al Packer Ford Royal Palm Beach

Al Packer Ford is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Automotive Service Valet & Porter to join our team. This role helps create a smooth and convenient service experience by assisting with vehicle pickup and delivery, moving vehicles, and supporting the service department's daily operations.

Comfort using a cell phone and navigating our pickup and delivery app is a MUST for this position. Candidates must be comfortable using mobile technology to manage pickups, deliveries, and related tasks throughout the day.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

• One or two Saturdays per month: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM
