Al Packer Ford Royal Palm Beach is seeking an Automotive Service Valet & Porter to join our team. This role assists with vehicle pickup and delivery, moves vehicles, and supports the service department's daily operations to ensure a smooth service experience.

You will use the dealership's pickup and delivery app on a company smartphone to manage routes, appointments, and status updates, and you will provide friendly, professional customer service during pickups and deliveries.

Formación

• Uses a smartphone and navigates mobile apps.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, punctual, and organized.
• Able to work independently and manage daily tasks.
• Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

Al Packer Ford is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Automotive Service Valet & Porter to join our team. This role helps create a smooth and convenient service experience by assisting with vehicle pickup and delivery, moving vehicles, and supporting the service department's daily operations.

Comfort using a cell phone and navigating our pickup and delivery app is a MUST for this position. Candidates must be comfortable using mobile technology to manage pickups, deliveries, and related tasks throughout the day.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

• One or two Saturdays per month: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM
