Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Ontario is hiring a Service Porter to support the service department. You will help maintain vehicle appearance, perform inspections, and ensure a positive customer experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and performance of vehicles by cleaning interior and exterior as needed, replenishing fluids and replacing batteries when necessary.
• Performs timely inspections ensuring all vehicles are locked and properly secured.
• Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer’s experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
