Suntrup Ford Kirkwood in Missouri is seeking a Service Lot Attendant/Porter to help move vehicles around the service area and lot, keep the lot and vehicles clean, and deliver completed vehicles to customers or transport them home when needed.

The ideal candidate has high energy, a positive attitude, and a valid driver’s license to support a fast-paced dealership environment and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedules and some weekends required.
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality and outgoing personality.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional attitude and ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Reliable transportation to and from work every day.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Keep lots neat and orderly and move cars as directed by service manager and dealership standards.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Service Lot Attendant/Porter helps ensure complete customer satisfaction by moving vehicles in and around the service area/lot, maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles and the service area, delivering vehicles to customers after service is complete, and transporting customers to/from their home when needed. The ideal candidate has a high energy level, positive attitude, desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and a valid driver’s license.
