Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Ontario is hiring a Service Porter to support the service department. You will keep vehicles clean and organized, perform basic maintenance, and ensure safety checks are completed to secure vehicles.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent guest experience in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates will have an in-state license and a clean driving record; previous service-related experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and performance of vehicles by cleaning interior and exterior as needed, replenishing fluids and replacing batteries when necessary.
• Performs timely inspections ensuring all vehicles are locked and properly secured.
• Uphold high levels of customer service by addressing concerns and enhancing the guest experience as part of the dealership team.

As a Service Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and performance of vehicles by cleaning interior and exterior as needed, replenishing fluids and replacing batteries when necessary.
• Performs timely inspections ensuring all vehicles are locked and properly secured.
• Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer’s experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record
• Previous experience preferred

Pay

$18 - $20 / hour
