Job summary

Olathe Ford RV in Olathe, KS is seeking a friendly Automotive Service Porter to help move vehicles, greet customers, and keep the service drive organized.

You will park and drive vehicles as directed, direct traffic flow, and provide general parking lot supervision while maintaining a clean, safe work area. This role requires a valid driver's license and a good driving record, with outdoor work in all seasons and some Saturdays.

Qualifications

Automotive Service Porter

Location: 1845 E. Santa Fe St., Olathe, KS 66062

Hours: 9 am-6 pm, Monday-Friday, with one weekday off. Saturday: 8 am-5 pm.

Position Overview:

The Service Porter will ensure smooth vehicle flow in our fast-paced dealership! Porters park, retrieve, and move cars to assist customers and staff, direct traffic flow, and provide general parking lot supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome service customers in a friendly, courteous manner
• Park and drive vehicles as instructed
• Maintain the service drive and lots in a neat and organized manner
• Follow company safety policies and procedures
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Friendly, energetic, and courteous with excellent customer service skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and well-groomed appearance
• Must be able to work outdoors during extreme seasonal temperatures in the summer and winter
• Must work well independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to work some Saturdays
• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
