Job summary

Olathe Ford Lincoln is seeking an Automotive Service Porter to help keep the service drive and lot orderly and efficient. You will greet customers, move and park vehicles, and support service staff in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities include directing traffic, maintaining cleanliness, and following safety policies. Some Saturdays required; outdoor work in varying weather is expected. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Customer service skills and a friendly, courteous demeanor.
• Able to work outdoors in summer and winter conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work some Saturdays and pass background checks.

Automotive Service Porter

Location: 1845 E. Santa Fe St., Olathe, KS 66062

Hours: 9 am-6 pm, Monday-Friday, with one weekday off. Saturday: 8 am-5 pm.

Position Overview:

The Service Porter will ensure smooth vehicle flow in our fast-paced dealership! Porters park, retrieve, and move cars to assist customers and staff, direct traffic flow, and provide general parking lot supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome service customers in a friendly, courteous manner
• Park and drive vehicles as instructed
• Maintain the service drive and lots in a neat and organized manner
• Follow company safety policies and procedures
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Friendly, energetic, and courteous with excellent customer service skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and well-groomed appearance
• Must be able to work outdoors during extreme seasonal temperatures in the summer and winter
• Must work well independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to work some Saturdays
• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
