Job summary

Olathe Ford Lincoln in Olathe, KS is seeking an Automotive Service Porter to help keep vehicle flow smooth in our fast-paced dealership. You will greet customers, park and move vehicles, and maintain the lot while following safety policies and supporting staff.

This full-time, on-site role offers 9 am–6 pm hours, Monday–Friday with Saturdays 8 am–5 pm, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, 401k with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Friendly, energetic, and courteous with excellent customer service skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and well-groomed appearance
• Must be able to work outdoors during extreme seasonal temperatures in the summer and winter
• Must work well independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to work some Saturdays
• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Pay Rate: $17/hour

Hours: 9 am-6 pm, Monday-Friday, with one weekday off. Saturday: 8 am-5 pm.

Position Overview:

The Service Porter will ensure the vehicle flow is running smoothly in our fast-paced dealership! Porters park, retrieve, and move cars to assist customers and staff, direct the flow of traffic, and provide general parking lot supervision.
