Job summary

Mike Castrucci Milford Ford is seeking a dependable Service Porter to join the Service Department. The role involves moving and organizing vehicles, assisting customers and service staff, and keeping the service drive orderly. It is a hands-on, fast-paced position requiring reliability and energy.

The Service Porter supports Service Advisors and technicians, helps maintain a clean work area, and performs other duties as needed to keep the department running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand and move indoors and outdoors throughout shift.
• Dealership or automotive experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Move customer vehicles safely throughout the dealership and service areas.
• Park and retrieve vehicles for customers and Service Advisors.
• Organize and stage vehicles for service, pickup, and delivery.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly service drive and parking lot.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Help Service Advisors and other service personnel as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service drive and surrounding areas.
• Transport vehicles to designated areas of the dealership.
• Follow all dealership safety procedures when operating vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Service Management.

The Service Porter helps keep the Service Department running efficiently by moving and organizing vehicles, assisting customers and service personnel, and maintaining a clean and orderly service drive. This is a hands‑on position that requires someone who is reliable, energetic, and willing to help wherever needed.
