Job summary

Toyota And Hyundai Of Greensburg is seeking a Valet to provide an exceptional client experience by parking and retrieving service vehicles in a friendly, professional manner.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to work on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced dealership environment. Full-time position with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and escort to service lounge.

• Assist with transferring luggage or packages.
• Assist technicians moving vehicles.
• Report any vehicle damage to management.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Purpose of Position

The primary purpose of the Valet position is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. The Valet will park and retrieve service clients' cars in a friendly and professional manner.

Job Duties

• Greets clients and escorts client to appropriate service member or customer lounge.
• Parks cars in designated areas and retrieves cars for clients.
• Finds and installs license plates.
• Notifies Assistant Service Manager (ASM) if client is waiting.
• Keeps service drive free of vehicles.
• Maintains strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation.
• Helps clients transfer luggage or packages between cars.
• Assists techs in moving inoperable vehicles.
• Alerts Manager to any damage to clients’ vehicles.
• Assists with keeping the service drive clean and clear of debris.
• Other duties may be assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years of business experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
• Enjoy working in a fact paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment varies from low to moderate and on occasion high. Driving & traffic conditions will vary mild to heavy.
