Job Responsibilities

1. Greet guests promptly and professionally, ensuring customer concerns are resolved.
2. Perform car wash duties.
3. Support service consultants with guest needs.
4. Maintain a positive experience for our guests.
5. Conduct all business with honesty, integrity, and in accordance with our values, code of conduct, and policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Customer service and de-escalation skills.
• Legal ability to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and maintain insurability.
• Pre-employment drug screening.

Work Schedule

• 9-hour shifts with 1-hour unpaid lunch.
• Day shifts, Monday to Friday 9am-6pm (Thursdays off), Saturday 7am-3pm, Sundays closed.
