Job summary

Hines Park is seeking a customer-focused team member to support service operations. You will maintain the loaner fleet, keep the service area tidy, and assist service staff to deliver the highest level of customer care. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends.
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eager to improve.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Reliable transportation to and from work daily.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate well with customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain loaner fleet by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed.
• Maintain the appearance of the service aisle
• Assisting service staff and management in any way necessary to ensure highest level of service to our customers
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property location
• Assist with customer pick up and delivery process
