Job summary

Hines Park Ford Inc is seeking a friendly, customer-focused individual to manage loaner vehicles and support the service team in Howell, MI. The role involves cleaning loaner cars, refueling, and moving vehicles between service lanes and the lot.

You’ll assist customers with pickup and delivery, ensuring a seamless experience. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid license, a clean driving record, and a flexible schedule that may include weekends.

Responsibilities

Maintain loaner fleet by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed.

• Maintain the appearance of the service aisle
• Assisting service staff and management in any way necessary to ensure highest level of service to our customers

Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.

Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property location.

• Assist with customer pick up and delivery process

Qualifications

• Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
• Reliable transportation to and from work daily
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to communicate well with customers
