Automotive Dealership Service Porter

Are you a responsible, reliable car lover with a good driving record and a positive attitude? We are looking for an enthusiastic, safe driver who can help manage the service stalls, pick up customer vehicles, clean cars, and contribute to a positive customer experience. Our ideal candidate will maintain a professional appearance and greet customers with a smile.

Dealership Service Porter responsibilities:

1. Manage vehicle flow in our service stalls, service lane, service drive, and parking lot.
2. Coordinate with the Service Advisor to track key tasks, clean cars, drive vehicles from service stalls, handle customer requests, and perform other duties as assigned.
3. Ensure customer vehicles are ready for return after repairs.
4. Clean parking lot, service stalls, and other vehicle areas as needed.
5. Serve customer needs with a positive attitude.

Preferred qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check.
• Knowledge of automotive repairs or service processes is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in all weather conditions.
• Positive attitude and professional interaction with customers and team members.
