Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in daily service operations.
• Bring cars in and out of the service department when requested.
• Wash vehicles and maintain dealership lot cleanliness.
• Transport customers to and from the dealership.
• Deliver repair orders and parts to service bays.
• Assist service advisors with customer service tasks.
• Answer phones and take messages.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Raise tires for customers and run errands.
• Maintain a clean and organized dealership lot.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Job description

• cleaning areas of the service department when needed
• answering phones to take messages
• following up with service customers to ensure they had a top-notch service experience
• airing up tires for customers
• answering customer questions
• filling out rental vehicle paperwork
• maintaining a clean and organized dealership lot
• running errands
• and performing other tasks as assigned by management.

Driving vehicles is a crucial role in this position so a valid driver's license is required.

This is a full-time position Monday - Friday and includes every other Saturday morning until noon.
