Job summary

McGavock Nissan of Amarillo is seeking a Service Porter to deliver friendly, professional service in a fast-paced dealership environment. You will assist customers with their vehicles, keep the service area clean, and help technicians as needed to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong communication and teamwork will help you thrive in this role with growth opportunities and a competitive

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with their vehicles, including loading and unloading items.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized service department, including vacuuming, washing, and ensuring that the area is well-stocked.
• Provide assistance to service technicians as needed.
• Ensure that all customer needs are met in a timely fashion.
• Monitor the service department to ensure that all customer requests are handled properly.
• Ensure that all customer requests, paperwork, and reports are completed in a timely manner.

The Service Porter will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position will provide assistance to customers with their vehicles, as well as clean, organize, and maintain the service department.
