Job summary

Charlie Clark Auto Group is seeking a Service Porter to support the service department by transporting customers and vehicles, keeping the shop neat, and assisting with day‑to‑day operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED (or 1–2 years' related experience) and a valid Texas driver’s license, with a Monday–Saturday 9am–6pm schedule and opportunities to grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Pick up from and deliver customers to desired locations.
• Pick up and deliver vehicles to customers as directed.
• Move vehicles from intake area to storage area.
• Move vehicles inside and outside of service department to help achieve production standards.
• Maintain a neat and orderly service area by sweeping, removing trash and discarded parts as well as other actions required to maintain the appearance of the service shop.
• Maintain other areas of the service department such as the offices, storage areas and around the outside of the service department.
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes.
• Work Monday‑Saturday 9am-6pm.

Service Porter

The Service Porter is responsible for performing a variety of duties as they relate to the operation of the service department. The position interacts daily with Customers, Technicians, Service Associates, Parts Associates, Cashiers, Sales Associates and Managers.
