Job summary

JET Transit, Inc. is seeking a Trailer Technician to maintain and repair our fleet of trailers on-site. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime, and offers on-the-job training and a clear path for wage increases through performance reviews.

Candidates should have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and operate hand and air tools. Join Jasper Engines and Transmissions’ JET Transit division and contribute to a growing, employee-owned team.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk an entire shift (8–10 hours).

Job Description: Service PM Trailer Technician Job Overview: As a Trailer Technician with the JET Transit division of Jasper Engines and Transmissions, you will maintain and repair our fleet of trailers.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday 6:30-3:00 pm
• Overtime

Qualifications:

• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs
• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be approx... 8-10 hours)
• The ability to use handheld tools such as hand tools, air tools, etc.
• Standing: Frequently
• Walking: Frequently
• Sitting: Occasionally
• Stooping (forward leaning): Frequently
• Reaching/Working Overhead: Frequently
