Job summary

R.J. Kielty Plumbing, Heating and Cooling is seeking a Service Technician with 3+ years of residential plumbing experience. This position offers a sign-on bonus and a family-owned culture that values exceptional customer service.

You will diagnose, repair and install water heaters, fixtures, faucets, drainage, and piping while maintaining safety and quality on every job. Must have a valid Florida driver’s license (21+) and be able to pass a background check and drug screen as part of the hiring

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience as a Residential Service Plumber.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to diagnose, repair and install water heaters, fixtures, faucets, drainage and water piping.
• Must have a valid and clean Florida driver’s license; 21+ years old for insurance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and install water heaters, fixtures, faucets, drainage and water piping.
• Arrive to work on time each day.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards on the jobsite.

PLUMBING SERVICE TECHNICIAN responsibilities:

• 3 Years’ experience as a Residential Service Plumber
• Have all necessary tools required to complete job.
• Must have excellent Customer Service skills and demonstrate 100% superior customer service to the customer
• Be able to diagnosis, repair and install water heaters, fixtures, faucets, drainage and water piping
• Arriving to work on time each day.
• Must clean up after yourself in someone’s home
• Maintaining a high standard of safety and quality on the jobsite
• Maintaining a clean and organized truck.
• Must have a valid and clean Florida driver's license, must be at least 21 years of age to be able to be insured
• Be able to pass a background check and drug screen as part of the hiring process
