R.J. Kielty Plumbing, Air & Electric, Inc. is seeking a Plumbing Apprentice to join our Service Plumbing Division in a paid, full-time role.

You will learn hands-on alongside experienced professionals, assisting licensed plumbers with residential service calls and repairs while gaining real-world plumbing skills in a safety-focused environment. You will receive on-the-job training using modern tools and technology, with opportunities for career growth, company vehicle eligibility, and

Qualifications

• No plumbing experience required; hands-on training provided.
• Long-term interest in building a career in plumbing.
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude.
• Must be 21+ with a valid Florida driver’s license (insurance requirement).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Clean, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers with residential service calls and repairs.
• Set up, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and job sites.
• Keep work vehicles and customer homes clean and orderly.
• Learn professional customer service and represent the company positively.
• Arrive on time, ready to work, and eager to learn every day.
