Qualifications

• Residential service plumbing experience
• Comfort presenting options to homeowners; training provided for consultative sales
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and handle physical tasks per OSHA guidelines
• Pre-employment background check required as part of process

Responsibilities

• Accurately troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing equipment
• Present tailored solutions and sales options that align with each customer’s needs
• Deliver 5-star service while maintaining a professional, courteous, and authentic demeanor
• Maintain consistent and clear communication with team members
• Participate in ongoing training to support professional growth, sales skills, and skill development
