Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience (required).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and professionally in customers’ homes.
• Basic tablet/computer proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues and present repair/replacement options.
• Perform service, repair, and maintenance on plumbing systems.
• Install and repair water heaters, fixtures, valves, drains, and piping.
• Communicate clearly with customers and deliver 5-star service.
• Create accurate job notes, estimates, and invoices in ServiceTitan.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and company vehicle.
